This course also includes a 15-minute, 1-to-1 sound healing session.

Crystal singing bowls and introduction to sound healing
Ideal for those ready to go deeper in their sound healing journey, whether for personal practice or to enhance wellness offerings like yoga, meditation, massage or reiki.
My advanced one-to-one course includes everything from the introductory class plus much more. Not only will you become comfortable with playing crystal singing bowls, but you’ll also learn about sound healing, chakras, musical intervals and how to use them to create harmonizing and releasing sounds.
This advanced course also includes a 30-minute, 1-to-1 sound healing session.
