Though I'd spent 20 fulfilling years in advertising and marketing, I found myself increasingly drawn to the idea that there might be something more waiting for me, something I hadn’t yet discovered.

In 2017, I attended a gong bath and it awoke something within me. The experience started me down a new path, one that led me to explore sound and energy work. I dove into reading books, signed up for workshops and took courses on sound healing, energy work, intuition and intuitive coaching. Every time I discovered something new and saw how it positively impacted my life, it inspired me to go even deeper and learn more.  

Since then, my path has been guided by a deepening connection to energy and spirit. I’ve completed Reiki levels 1 and 2 and immersed myself in a year long intuitive coaching program. I've received Sound Healing certification from the Sound Healing Academy in England, as well as certification for the Extended Principles of Sound & Energy Healing: The TWC® Method with Charlie Christie.

One of the most transformative experiences was a two-day Tibetan bowl workshop in Nepal with Master Shree, who comes from a long ancestral lineage of sound healers. His teachings were not just about sound, they were transmissions of presence, deepening my connection to my bowls and awakening a more profound spiritual relationship with the energy they hold and the spirit that moves through them.
