Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls and introduction to sound healing
Ideal for those ready to go deeper in their sound healing journey, whether for personal practice or to enhance wellness offerings like yoga, meditation, massage or reiki.
My advanced course includes everything from the introductory class plus much more. Not only will you become comfortable with playing crystal singing bowls, but you’ll discover the ancient art of sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls. In this immersive workshop, you'll explore the history and origins of the bowls, learn about their therapeutic benefits, and practice a range of playing techniques.
You’ll also learn about sound healing, chakras, musical intervals and how to use them to create harmonizing and releasing sounds.
This advanced course also includes a 30-minute, 1-to-1 sound healing session.
