Allow the vibrations of a sound bath to take you on a meditative journey.

In a world that rarely slows down, sound healing offers a deeply restorative pause, a chance to reconnect with your body, calm your mind and support your overall well-being. Through the harmonious vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes, you’ll be guided into a peaceful meditative state where healing naturally unfolds. Give your body the rest it truly needs and allow yourself to be held in the gentle stillness of sound.

This powerful yet non-invasive practice helps to:

- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Deepen your state of relaxation
- Improve sleep and restfulness
- Gently release emotional tension and energy blocks
- Calm the nervous system and support physical healing

Let the frequencies of sound wash over you, rebalancing your energy, nurturing your body and inviting deep inner peace.

Yin + Sound: By-Donation

Take a moment to pause, breathe and gently turn inward as movement and sound come together to amplify healing.

We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yin yoga practice (no experience required), designed to ease you into stillness and prepare your body for deep rest. An extended shavasana will flow into a nurturing sound bath, where soothing vibrational frequencies invite profound presence and relaxation.

You’ll be lying down for the duration of the sound bath, so please bring anything you need to feel comfortable, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover or water bottle. The yin practice is designed to be prop free but bolsters will be available if needed.

To honour the quiet nature of this experience, please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors will close promptly at 7:00 to ensure a tranquil, uninterrupted atmosphere for all.

Advance registration is required to reserve your spot. Donations can be brought to the event.
