Despite a successful, 25-year career in advertising and marketing, I couldn’t stop thinking that there was something else out there that I should be doing, I just didn’t know what.

Throughout my life, I’ve always felt like I was searching for something, that I didn’t quite fit in and saw things differently than others. I spent a lot of time changing myself and trying different things, looking for where I belonged. This resulted in an underlying sense of not knowing who I was or what I wanted, and too often I ended up following the path others thought I should walk, instead of following my heart.

No matter where I was, I had this feeling that I was meant to do something more with my life, however it was intertwined with the feeling that I wasn’t worthy enough to be more. This left me stuck, unhappy and repeating negative patterns.

Six years ago, I attended a gong bath and it awoke something within me and started me down a path exploring sound and energy work. I dove into reading everything I could and signed up for numerous workshops and courses on sound healing, energy work, intuition and intuitive coaching. Every time I discovered something new and saw how it impacted my life, it inspired me to dig deeper and learn more.  I’ve since completed Reiki levels 1 & 2, been certified in Sound Healing at the Sound Healing Academy in England and completed a 12 month Intuitive Coaching Program. This work has allowed me to break free from the confines of others, become my authentic self and realize that all I need to be happy and successful is to look within, walk my own path, and be myself.
